Milwaukee Bucks’ talisman Giannis Antetokounmpo came up with stunning performances to guide his team to glory as they defeated Phoenix Suns by 105-98 in the sixth game of the series. It was a one-man show in the sixth game of the series from Greek Freak as he scored 50 points to take his team to glory.
Furthermore, he scored 14 rebounds and played a key role in the team’s win. In fact, all throughout the season Giannis has played at the top of his game. Giannis averaged 28.1 points in the regular season whereas he scored 30.2 points per game in the postseason and came up with an impeccable season.
Moreover, Giannis did receive the support from Khris Meddleton and Jrue Holiday throughout the season.
Meanwhile, former NBA Champion Kendrick Perkins has predicted that Giannis Antetokounmpo will end his career as best No.2 Power forward in NBA history after former legendary San Antonio Spurs player Tim Duncun.
Perkins said, “He cemented himself in the Hall of Fame… He’s one of the top greatest power forwards that ever played. We’re talking about the guy who’s 26-YO, scratching the surface of his prime and he is only gonna continue to get better. When it’s all said and done, at the rate Giannis is going, he’s gonna finish #2 power forwards of all time behind Tim Duncan.”
KP further added, “Talk about character, humility rising to the moment, embracing the moment, shutting the haters as they’ll say, and quieting all the critics. This was the greatest performance in a closeout in NBA Finals history…”
Interestingly Perkins recently stated that Milwaukee Bucks are the dumbest team in the NBA Finals. However he took a U-Turn on his statement.
