Dallas Mavericks talisman Luka Dončić is one of the most talented players of the NBA. The Slovenian has turned heads with his impressive play and he is always the go-to-man for his franchise. Dončić has ticked the right boxes in his young career thus far and he has shown the skills to have a long and successful career.
The Mavericks registered their fourth consecutive win of the season as they defeated New Orleans Pelicans by 143-130 on Saturday. Dončić once again was the star of the show for his team as he top-scored with 46 points. The 21-year old also scored eight rebounds and 12 assists as he came up with an all-round performance.
As a result, Dončić has joined legendary players like LeBron James and Michael Jordan in an elite record. In the 26 games he has played thus far, Doncic has averaged 28.5 points, 9.4 assists, and 8.7 rebounds per game.

Dončić has time and again showed his skills and he will look to continue the good show. The 21-year old has been in top form and the Dallas Mavericks will want their best player to continue in a similar fashion.
However, there is no doubt that the other players like Kristaps Porzingis will need to elevate their game. Porzingis scored 36 points against the Pelicans and played a crucial supporting role.
The Mavericks have thus far won 13 matches whereas they have lost 14 games this season. They will next lock horns against Portland Trailblazers on Monday.
