Denver Nuggets continued their good form as they completed a hat-trick of wins after defeating Milwaukee Bucks by 128-97 on Wednesday. The Nuggets were dominant right throughout the game and it is also palpable in their winning margin as they thrashed Bucks by a margin of 31 points.
Meanwhile, Nikola Jokic has been a consistent performer for the Nuggets and he has been instrumental in the success of the team. The Serbian was at his best against Chicago Bulls on Tuesday as he top-scored with 39 points.
Subsequently, the 26-year old continued his sublime form against the Milwaukee Bucks as he came up with an all-around performance. Nikola once again top-scored with 37 points and also registered 10 rebounds and 11 assists.
Thus, Jokic scored another triple-double, which was his 50th as a center in the NBA. The Nuggets player has now joined former legend Wilt Chamberlain and he is only the second center to score 50 triple-doubles.
In fact, Wilt Chamberlain completed 50 triple-double as a center in a whopping 703 matches whereas Jokic has reached the milestone in only 416 games in the league.
Meanwhile, Denver Nuggets are currently at the seventh position in the Western Conference after winning 20 matches and losing 15. Jokic has been a pillar of strength for the Nuggets along with Jamal Murray and both of them will look to continue the good show for their team.
Jokic has been in top form in the ongoing season as he is averaging 27.3 points per game, 11 rebounds, and 8.3 assists. Thus, the Serbian will look to continue his good work.
Denver Nuggets will next lock horns against Indiana Pacers on Friday.
