Bangladesh will square off against New Zealand in the sixth match of the ongoing Champions Trophy at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, Rawalpindi on Monday. It will be a must-win contest for the Tigers whereas the Kiwis would look to carry their good show in the eight-team tournament after win against Pakistan.
Will Young was able to grab his opportunity with both hands as he scored a fine century against Pakistan after replacing Rachin Ravindra in the playing XI. Furthermore, Tom Latham was able to pace his innings with guile as he also scored a brilliant hundred.
On the other hand, Towhid Hridoy scored an impressive century against India but Bangladesh’s top order must come to the party. Rishad Hossain was also right on the money for the Tigers against India.
