IPL 2023: Sunrisres Hyderabad vs Royal Challengers Bangalore, Game 65 – Match Prediction

Sunrisers Hyderabad will lock horns against Royal Challengers Bangalore in the 65th match of the ongoing Indian Premier League 2023 at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, Hyderabad on Thursday. SRH is already out of the playoff race whereas it will be a must-win match for RCB.

After their huge win of 112 runs in their previous match against Rajasthan Royals, RCB were able to boost their Net Run Rate from -0.345 to +0.166, which has given a new ray of hope of qualifying for the playoffs. If the Faf du Plessis-led team wins their last two league stage matches, they will be more or less assured of the last four.

Once again, Faf du Plessis and Glenn Maxwell delivered for RCB but the rest of the batters need to put their hand up in the crucial match against Orange Army. Moreover, Wayne Parnell was brilliant with the new ball for RCB against RR.

Meanwhile, SRH did well to restrict GT to 188 after the defending champions were looking all set to go past 215 runs at one stage. However, their batters floundered in the run-chase and Heinrich Klaasen was the lone warrior for his team with a 44-ball 64 run knock.

Match Prediction: Royal Challengers Bangalore will enter the contest as favorites against Sunrisers Hyderabad.
