Afghanistan will square off against Australia in the 48th match of the ongoing T20 World Cup 2024 at the Arnos Vale Ground, Kingstown, St Vincent on Saturday. Afghanistan have suffered two back-to-back losses and they certainly need to come up with an improved batting performance as they have failed to even cross the 140-run mark in their last two games.
Australia, on the other hand, have been clinical in their performances. The Aussies were able to register a 28-run win (DLS method) against Bangladesh in their Super 8 opener and will want to get the job done against Afghanistan. Pat Cummins was the star of the show as he bagged a hat-trick against the Tigers and made the most of his experience.
