T20 World Cup 2024: England vs South Africa – Stats Preview

England will square off against South Africa in the 45th match of the ongoing T20 World Cup 2024 at the Daren Sammy National Cricket Stadium, Gros Islet, St Lucia on Friday. Both of these teams got off to a winning start in their Super 8 campaign and will look to keep up the winning impetus.

England registered a convincing eight-wicket win against the West Indies whereas South Africa won by 18 runs against the USA. 

Phil Salt scored a fine knock of 87 runs off just 47 balls to help England chase down 181 runs. On the other hand, Quinton de Kock scored 74 runs against the USA while Kagiso Rabada bagged three wickets.
