T20 World Cup 2024: India vs Pakistan – Stats Preview

India will square off against arch-rivals Pakistan in the 19th match of the ongoing T20 World Cup 2024 at the Nassau County International Cricket Stadium, New York on Sunday. India made a winning start to their campaign, beating Ireland convincingly by eight wickets whereas Pakistan was flabbergasted by the USA in the Super Over contest.

Pakistan was timid in their approach and the hosts made them pay for their conservative approach. On the other hand, Indian bowlers were right on the money against the Irish team as they made the most of the favorable conditions on offer.

Pakistan’s hard-hitter Iftikhar Ahmed needs seven runs to complete 1000 runs in T20Is. The right-hander also needs six more sixes to complete 50 maximums.

Pakistan all-rounder Shadab Khan needs six fours to complete 50 boundaries in T20Is.

Gun fast bowler Haris Rauf needs four wickets to reach 100 scalps in the shortest format.

Left-arm pacer Shaheen Shah Afridi needs nine wickets to complete 100 wickets in T20Is.

Suryakumar Yadav needs eight fours to complete 200 boundaries in T20Is.

Indian all-rounder Hardik Pandya needs four fours to complete 100 boundaries in T20I format.

Ravindra Jadeja needs 20 runs to complete 500 runs in the shortest format.

Yuzvendra Chahal needs four wickets to complete 100 wickets in T20Is. He will become the first Indian bowler to reach 100 wickets in the T20I version.
