South Africa will square off against Afghanistan in the all-important first semifinal of the ongoing T20 World Cup at the Brian Lara Stadium, Tarouba, Trinidad on Wednesday. While South Africa has been unbeaten so far in the tournament, Afghanistan has surprised one and all by reaching the semifinals.
The Rashid Khan-led has ticked the right boxes and the way they have kept their calm in the big moments of the crucial matches is worthy of all the praise. It has been an amazing run for the Afghan team and this could be a new dawn in their cricketing history.
On the other hand, South Africa has also kept their calm in the crunch situations and they have fought it out in the middle.
