The second Test match between West Indies and India will be played at Queen’s Park Oval, Port of Spain, Trinidad from Thursday onwards. There was just no contest in the opening Test match as India won by a gargantuan margin of an innings and 141 runs.

West Indies were not able to provide any challenge to the visitors and they will have to play out of their skin to put up a fight. India was dominant right throughout the game and they will be looking to continue their supremacy against a beleaguered West Indies outfit.

West Indies captain Kraigg Brathwaite needs 124 runs to complete 5500 runs in Test cricket.

Jermaine Blackwood has scored 2858 runs in 54 Test matches and requires 142 runs to reach the 3000-run mark.

Alzarri Joseph needs 15 wickets to complete 100 Test scalps.

Ravichandran Ashwin needs 14 more wickets to reach the milestone of 500 Test wickets. He will become the second Indian bowler after Anil Kumble to get to the landmark.
