India’s head coach Manolo Marquez has named a 26-man probable squad for the friendly match against Malaysia. The match will be played on November 18 at the GMC Balayogi Gachibowli Stadium in Hyderabad.
The Blue Tigers are currently ranked 125th in the FIFA rankings whereas Malaysia is in 133rd place. Thus, India will look to dominate the Asian rivals.
India is yet to achieve a win under new head coach Manolo Marquez, who also coaches FC Goa in the Indian Super League. The Blue Tigers played a 1-1 draw against Vietnam in their last international match under the Spaniard. Farukh Choudhary, who scored against Vietnam, has been retained in the squad by Marquez.
The team assembled in Hyderabad for the training camp on November 11 and the players will look to give their best to prepare in the best possible manner.
