Haryana Steelers will take on Puneri Paltan in the 43rd match of the ongoing Pro Kabaddi League 2022 at the Shree Shiv Chhatrapati Sports Complex, Balewadi, Pune on Friday. Puneri Paltan has gotten off to a decent start in the ongoing season as they have won three out of their six matches. Paltan has lost two games and tied one and thus they are currently in the fifth position with 19 points under their belt (not taking into account their match on Tuesday).
On the other hand, Haryana Steelers haven’t had a great start to the season as they have won only two matches and have suffered four losses in the tournament. The Steelers are currently in the ninth position with 13 points under their bag (not considering their match on Tuesday).
Meanwhile, Haryana Steelers lost their last game against Gujarat Giants by four points. Meetu Sharma scored 16 points but the rest of the players could not contribute much.
Puneri Paltan won their previous match against Bengal Warriors by 27-25. Fazel Atrachali top-scored with six points whereas Aslam Inamdar and Sombir contributed with five points each.
